个人
1. increase personal hygiene.
(i.e.,brush teeth at least twice a day)
* 有待改进,加油!

2. proper money management.
(keep a proper record of all expenses & save at least rm1000 per month)
* manage to keep track on expenses, but saving failed.
note: have to spend more wisely & planned. Stick to saving rm500 per month

3. self-improvement
(target: read 10 books a year :-)
* achieved!! well done! keep it on for 2011.


4. self discipline
(at least 1x exercise/meditation per week)
(eat in moderation: increase fruit/vege & reduce meat consumption)
*moderate. Have to be more discipline & compliant.

专业
1. finish reading applied therapeutics (within 1 year!!)

2. at least 1 health-care related article per month
* unaccomplished = failed.
note: rearrange. Taking more active role in professional improvement. to add up self-value.
